Our Customer Service Pledge

At GiftMe.com, we take pride in our ability to provide you with the perfect gift. If that goal isn’t achieved, we take it very seriously. Please contact our customer service department immediately and we will do whatever we can to correct the situation promptly.

Orders and Shipping

Orders are typically sent out within 48 business hours of receipt. Standard Shipping purchases should be received within 7-10 business days after you place your order. Select items may take 2 to 3 weeks. Those items will be noted. Please also note that choosing next-day or 2-day shipping does not change how long it takes us to assemble and ship your order—it only reduces the travel time after your order leaves our warehouse.

Our Return Policy

You can return a gift up to 30 days after we shipped it to the address you provided in your order and as long as the gift is unused. We’ll exchange it or refund your money.* Just put the item back in its original packaging, including the packing slip, and follow these simple steps:

* Hats are non-refundable but can be exchanged if we shipped the incorrect item.

  • We’ll give you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This helps us track your return and provide faster service.
  • When you receive your RMA#, include it in the following address:

  • Please send the package via UPS or Insured Parcel Post. This protects you in case the gift is damaged or lost in transit. If you are returning a gift because it arrived damaged or the wrong item was shipped, GiftMe will refund your shipping costs.

For returns, we will refund your credit card within 5 business days of receiving the shipment.

  • The refund will cover the price and tax paid for the item.
  • If we shipped you the wrong item or a damaged item, we will also refund the shipping charges. Otherwise, you are responsible for the shipping charges from GiftMe to the address you provided.

For exchanges, we will send out a new item within 1 business day of authorizing your request.

  • To avoid a double-charge, you must ship the original item back to us immediately. As long as we receive the item within 14 business days of authorization, you will not receive a double-charge.
  • If you receive a double-charge and we receive the original item within 28 business days, the second charge will be refunded.
  • If we shipped you the wrong item or a damaged item, or you selected the wrong size on a fitted item, we will pay for the second set of shipping charges. Otherwise, you are responsible for shipping charges from GiftMe to the address you provided.
