The Reminder List section contains the gift items you wish to purchase. Your Reminder List organizes your selections and allows you to delete or change item information at any time. The Reminder List page also shows the total budget for the purchases in your list.
How do I add gift items to my Reminder List?

Every time you click "Add This Item to my Reminder List" next to a product, the item is placed in your Reminder List. You must edit the gift item for giftee, occasion, purchase-by date, gift item, budget price, vendor choices, and comments before having your gift choice placed in your Reminder List.
You can edit an item on your Reminder/purchased lists by clicking on the name of the gift. Reminder List editing is laid out step-by-step for your ease and convenience.
Here's an explanation of the Reminder List editing steps:
Giftee: This is the gift recipient. The select box contains your gift recipients. The intended recipient is the selected name. If the gift recipient name is not among your choices, you may add a new gift recipient by clicking on "New Giftee" next to the select box.
Occasion: This is the gifting occasion. If there is no particular occasion, then select "Just Because"
Purchase By Date: This is the date that you would like to purchase the gift by.
Gift Item: This is the name of the gift.
Budget Price: This is the sum that you would like to pay for this gift item. When the item comes from the recommendation page, the budgeted price is the high low average.
Vendor choices: This is a list of all of the vendors in GiftMe.com.
Vendors selected: This is a list of the vendors that you can purchase when shopping for the gift item.
Select Vendor: When you find one or many vendors that he would like to purchase from, you can select the vendors and then click this button. The selected vendor will be removed from the vendor choices list and then appended to the Vendors selected box.
Remove a Vendor: If you no longer deem a vendor appropriate for the gift, then you may select the vendor from the "Vendors Selected" box and then click this button. The vendor will be removed from the "selected" box and then put at the end of the Vendor choices list.
Comments: This area is a general information area, good for reminders or any related information.
Can I delete items from my Reminder List if I decide not to buy a specific gift?

Your Reminder List allows you to delete items at any time. To delete an item:
- Select all the items from either list that you want to delete by clicking the box on the far left of the item line.
- Click on the Delete Item link either on the tool bar or on the navigation bar on the left.
- A confirmation box will pop up. Select "OK" if you are sure that you would like to delete the items.
- If an item is from a wish list, then the item’s status will revert to unpurchased if it is deleted from the Reminder List.

Once a gift is purchased from your Reminder List, you should remove it from your list with the "Items Purchased" option. This option allows you to mark multiple items from the unpurchased Reminder List as purchased.
- Select all the items from the unpurchased list that you want mark as purchased.
- Click on "Item Purchased" to place the selected item(s) to the "Bought" list.
If you have marked an item as purchased, but you have decided not to purchase it,
you can check the item from the list of 'purchased' items and click on 'unpurchase item' button. This will
remove the item from your 'bought' list into your 'To-buy' list.
